The 9 hole golf course has distinctive features including: upper holes and putting green´s great ocean views; lower holes have a large lagoon, creeks and at its border a swamp maintained as a nature reserve; the rolling topography and native plants further define the identity of the course.
A modern design of greens with natural obstacles makes the golf course challenging for advanced players and beginners.
Original project design was by Emilio Serra, with a 30 year career of golf courses in South America including Llao Llao Golf Hotel, Bariloche (Argentina), Golf Club La Barra, Punta del Este (Uruguay), Sheraton Colonia Golf & Spa Resort, Colonia (Uruguay) and some others.

The golf project was subsequently re-designed maintaining its character and is currently under construction by well-known Engineer Enrique Muñoz (La Tahoma, Montevideo).
The Golf Course inaugurated its first two holes and PG in January 2014.
